Recipe for Napa cabbage slaw

Napa cabbage slaw is a classic side dish worth having in your culinary repertoire. It is simple, quick to make, and pairs well with many dishes. Thanks to its universal ingredients and modifiable recipes, Napa slaw can be different each time yet always tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Half a head of Napa cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the Napa cabbage, and grate the carrot and apple using a large grater.
