Musk denies cybertruck gift to Kadyrov, calls out Russian general
Elon Musk addressed rumours regarding gifting a Tesla Cybertruck to Ramzan Kadyrov, a Russian general and the leader of Chechnya. The billionaire did not mince words and firmly denied: "Are you really that slow?" - the furious billionaire inquired.
In recent days, Ramzan Kadyrov, who rules Chechnya with an iron fist, announced on Telegram that he received a Tesla Cybertruck from Elon Musk. The owner of Tesla, SpaceX, and the X platform responded to this statement in a decisive manner.
- Elon Musk confirmed that he did not send a Tesla Cybertruck to Kadyrov. Kadyrov is a liar - wrote Anton Heraszczenko on the X platform.
The issue was brought to public attention by Ukrainian politician Anton Heraszczenko. He shared Kadyrov's post from Telegram, catching the attention of the entire Western community. After the online uproar, the Tesla owner himself spoke out about the "gift."
Musk did not mince words when Seth Abramson approached him. The journalist stated that the topic of the billionaire gifting a Tesla Cybertruck to Kadyrov should be the number one story in the U.S. media.
Are you seriously so slow that you think I gifted a Cybertruck to a Russian general? It's incredible - wrote Musk on the X platform.
Heraszczenko rejoined the discussion. He posed a question to the Tesla company and invoked Elon Musk.
The question remains - how did Kadyrov acquire a Tesla Cybertruck and how does it operate there (can it not be disabled remotely? Does it not violate ToS?) - inquired the Ukrainian politician.
At the end of his post on the X platform, Heraszczenko also shared one surprising detail. His observation concerned a rather common phenomenon in Russia - the lack of respect towards Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
Interesting detail - Russian media widely and enthusiastically spread the news that Ramzan Kadyrov lied - concluded an astonished Anton Heraszczenko.
