Medvedev's latest threat: "Ukraine could vanish before joining NATO"

The war in Ukraine has already lasted for almost two and a half years. During this time - apart from the military aspect - the role of propaganda has been equally important, with Dmitry Medvedev consistently playing a key role. The former president of Russia, known for his complete allegiance to Putin, has been involved in the fight against Ukraine joining NATO for several days.
This time he stated, "We must do all we can to make sure that Ukraine’s 'irreversible path' to NATO ends in the demise".

Medvedev predicts the end of Ukraine
Now, the former president of Russia once again referred to Ukraine's potential accession to the alliance. According to him, it's all promises everyone knows will not be realized.
It’s no coincidence that NATO Secretary General [Jens] Stoltenberg said openly that it would be a positive scenario if Ukraine joins the alliance in 2034. Which means that it never will – said the Russian security official.
- By that time none of NATO’s current leaders will remain on their posts," he said. "It’s quite possible that <…> [Ukraine] will no longer exist as well - added Medvedev.
