The American singer released a song that is as popular among Christmas songs as the Bible is among books. Of course, we're talking about "All I Want for Christmas Is You." The single came out in 1994 and has broken many sales records since then, bringing astronomically high profits to its creator.

Mariah Carey can essentially relax and still be a millionaire. The song "All I Want for Christmas Is You" practically works "on its own" for the artist every year when the holiday season begins. The song is played everywhere, translating into huge royalties.

Estimates of multimillion-dollar earnings for "All I Want for Christmas Is You" are not exaggerated. The Economist reported in 2017 that the artist earns $2.5 million annually in royalties from the holiday song. According to The New York Post, the amount is higher, around $3 million. It is also worth mentioning that when the song premiered three decades ago, the singer received royalties totalling $60 million. Many creators dream of success, even a fraction as impressive as this.
