During the Champions League final match, Lenny Kravitz delivered an electrifying performance at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London.

Kravitz brought his transcending style, dynamic stage presence and iconic hits to millions just before the world's most watched annual sporting event, which is broadcast in over 200 countries and territories, emphasizes the UEFA.com website.

The four-time GRAMMY winner, who has released 11 studio albums in his thirty-year career and has sold over 40 million copies worldwide, was recently honoured with the Music Icon Award at the People's Choice Awards 2024 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this year.

Interestingly, not all fans appreciated this performance. It's not about the quality but the fact that UEFA is trying to create a show that is very reminiscent of the Super Bowl in the USA.

There is definitely no need for a grand concert before the most important match in club football, emphasizes an internet user.

15th Champions League title for Real Madrid

There were no surprises at Wembley, although it seemed likely in the first half. After the break, Borussia Dortmund gave the initiative to Real Madrid, who struck twice. Dani Carvajal opened the scoring in the Champions League final.

In the 83rd minute of the match, Vinicius Junior broke into Borussia's penalty area, got past the defenders, and chipped the ball over the helpless Gregor Kobel. The Brazilian's goal sealed the 2-0 victory and the "Los Blancos" triumph.

After the victory over Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid's most experienced players had reason to celebrate. Toni Kroos, Luka Modrić, Dani Carvajal, and Nacho made history in the Champions League. They won the Champions League for the sixth time in their careers, equaling the achievement of another legend from the Santiago Bernabeu club, Francisco Gento. The Spaniard lifted the Champions Cup in 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, and 1966.
