Laura Woods is one of the most popular sports journalists in England. She has gained a host of fans over the years, working for various TV stations. Over 765,000 fans on Instagram follow her.

Woods is currently in Germany, working as a reporter during Euro 2024. On July 2, she celebrated her 37th birthday, and on this occasion, her partner, Adam Gollard, surprised her.

Laura Woods' partner came to the studio with a cake he prepared for his beloved. He showcased everything on his social media, giving Laura a big surprise. Fans online also joined in with their best wishes.

"Happy birthday to an amazing woman who blazes trails! Lots of love." Another added: "Happy birthday, Woodsy." Another joked: "Working on your birthday? Shocking."

Woods, who is a graduate of Kingston University London in journalism, feels great in the spotlight. She previously won the Broadcast Sports Presenter of the Year award and the Sports Presenter of the Year award.

Woods previously worked at Amazon Prime Video and DAZN. She changed jobs because she was tempted by the opportunity to work on elite soccer competitions.

In April this year, Woods shined on the red carpet at the Sport Industry Awards gala (sports industry awards ceremony). The stunning journalist appeared in a black dress with a deep neckline, astonishing guests and photographers.
