  • More than 100 kilograms of drugs were seized in a joint operation by Brazilian federal police officers and navy soldiers at the port of Santos in the east of the country. According to findings from the G1 portal, the ship was destined for Poland.
  • Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Sunday that he will not agree to Ukraine's membership in NATO as long as he is prime minister. He believes it would be the starting point for World War III.
  • The Israeli army shelled targets in Beirut again. Videos of massive explosions in the capital of Lebanon have surfaced on the internet. At night, rockets also fell on Haifa in Israel. The missiles were launched from areas controlled by the Lebanese Hezbollah.
  • Tropical Storm Milton became a Category 1 hurricane and is heading towards the Tampa Bay area in Florida, USA. This causes concern in the state and in parts of the areas still feeling the catastrophic damage effects of Helene, with at least 230 killed by Helene. A mandatory evacuation order was issued starting Monday at 9:00 a.m. ET.
  • A powerful explosion occurred on Sunday on a road near the airport of Pakistan's largest city, Karachi. Two people were killed, and the attack was claimed by the separatist group Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).
