What not to do to enjoy good health?
The first thing Dr Jeremy London mentioned is smoking cigarettes. In his opinion, it's the worst habit in terms of its negative impact on the body.
Dr London states there is no doubt that it is the worst thing you can do for your body. It destroys the lungs, causes lung cancer, and increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, heart attacks, and strokes.
Besides this, the cardiac surgeon advised avoiding alcohol, emphasizing its toxicity.

What should we avoid?
Dr Jeremy London also spoke about popular carbonated drinks, which he compared to "liquid death." He warned about their destructive impact on health, primarily mentioning the risk of obesity and Type 2 diabetes.
– Just don't drink them. End of story – he urged.
On his list of things we should definitely avoid are certain pastries and pasta due to refined flour and wheat. He acknowledges that avoiding them can be the hardest, as they are some of the most frequently consumed products worldwide.
The cardiac surgeon highlighted that weight control relies primarily on diet, accounting for 80 percent, while exercise contributes 20 percent. He stressed the importance of mindful eating, noting that no workout can compensate for poor dietary choices.
