Dakota Johnson is a popular American actress who gained massive fame for her role in "Fifty Shades of Grey". Recently, the star debuted in a new role - her short film "Loser Baby" premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.

In an interview with "Variety", the actress shared her "adventure" with energy drinks. She drank the beverages in large quantities, not realizing they weren't "ordinary, natural drinks".

"I didn't realize"

Dakota Johnson revealed that she drank two energy drinks a day for a while. Because of this amount, she couldn't sleep at night - initially, she was sure it was due to the vitamins A and B12 in the ingredients.

- I didn't realize that I was basically overdosing on caffeine - she admitted during the conversation with "Variety".

One can (approx. 355 ml) of Dakota's favourite drink is a serving of even 200-300 milligrams of caffeine. For comparison, a regular cup of coffee contains only about 90 milligrams. By drinking two cans of the mentioned drink, she consumed as much caffeine as four of the most popular energy drinks on the market.
