A few days ago, singer Jaguar Wright gave an interview to Piers Morgan in which she called Beyoncé and Jay-Z a "nasty couple" and highlighted their alleged ties to Diddy. The couple's lawyers finally spoke out about the scandal.

The arrest of Sean "Diddy" Combs caused a stir in Hollywood and electrified the international media. The "I'll Be Missing You" hitmaker was detained in mid-September in New York, at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan. Defenders fought for the rapper's release from custody and proposed posting a substantial bail, but their request was denied.

The 14-page indictment against Diddy also included notes about the star's parties, often filled with violence. It is no secret that many top-tier American stars have attended the rapper's controversial gatherings and have been worried about their reputation for weeks. In the context of the scandal, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are most frequently mentioned. Social media is rife with conspiracy theories about the couple's alleged connections to the arrested rapper and their joint "schemes and plots."

Beyoncé and Jay-Z involved in the Diddy scandal. Serious accusations have emerged

For a few weeks, the internet has been buzzing with rumours about Beyoncé, who allegedly is a terror among Hollywood stars. According to conspiracy theorists, well-known singers thank the "Single Ladies" performer at every opportunity and compliment her because they fear for their own careers and safety. Social media users have even gone so far as to spread wide-reaching speculation claiming that Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and "conspiring" with them Diddy are responsible for the deaths of Aaliyah and Left Eye from the group TLC.

The shocking and absurd revelations were fuelled by singer Jaguar Wright, who recently told Piers Morgan that Diddy is "one of the most dangerous people she's ever met". She then claimed that another person in the industry who should face consequences for their "nasty deeds" is Jay-Z. According to the celebrity, the rapper and his wife Beyoncé allegedly blocked many young female artists from developing musically.

For four years I’ve been screaming not just Diddy, but Diddy and Jay-Z are monsters. They’re a nasty little couple. They do nasty things. Keeping people against their will, putting people on planes while they’re unconscious. Just like Aaliyah got on that plane unconscious. There’s a lot of things that people don’t want to talk about - said Wright.

Beyoncé's lawyers broke the silence. Piers Morgan apologized to the artist on-air

Piers Morgan then interrupted the woman, explaining that Beyoncé and Jay-Z were not present in the studio, so they could not respond or react to the accusations. In the latest episode of his show, the host announced that the couple's lawyers contacted him. The production also received a legal notice requesting the removal of program segments in which Jaguar Wright talks about the artistic duo.

The reality of the modern world is that pretty much everyone had a platform as long as they have something to say that other people want to hear. That's why we invited [Wright] on to be interviewed. The people making these claims have an audience with or without shows like mine. Jaguar Wright unexpectedly made several serious allegations about Jay-Z and Beyoncé during that interview. As I said, in the moment, they were not present to respond or defend themselves, but now they have. Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were totally false and have no basis in fact. We’ve therefore complied with the legal request to cut them from the original interview. Editing interviews is not something we do lightly on a show called Uncensored. But, like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theatre, there are legal limits on us, too. And we apologize to Jay-Z and Beyoncé - concluded Piers Morgan.
