Ginger is also rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K, B-group vitamins, and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and iron. It is a vitamin powerhouse worth incorporating, especially during the autumn-winter season.

It's worth using ginger tea daily

Tea made from ginger root is an effective remedy for troublesome ailments such as heartburn, cough, arthritis, and motion sickness that cause nausea and vomiting. Ginger improves digestion, aids with stomach issues, soothes menstrual pains, and supports proper brain function. Regular consumption of ginger can also lower levels of triglycerides and bad LDL cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of atherosclerosis, heart attacks, strokes, and cardiovascular diseases. Ground ginger can also be used as a gargle.
