Dark clouds have loomed over the head of the most famous actor in gay adult films. Austin Wolf, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, is a 43-year-old actor who gained massive popularity through his account on a blue adult platform, where he was a pioneer. In the 18+ film circles, he has a celebrity status, but now he may spend part of his life behind bars. The New York City prosecutor's office detained the man on charges of possessing and distributing child exploitation material.
Austin Wolf accused of pedophilia
Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and James Smith, the assistant director in charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced on Friday, June 28, 2024, the arrest of Justin Heath Smith, also known as Austin Wolf. The man was accused of receiving and sending hundreds of copies of child exploitation material. Between March 24 and 28, 2024, the actor allegedly used the Telegram app to send films involving children securely. Smith is also accused of possessing hundreds of physical copies of films containing child exploitation material in his New York City apartment. Among the recordings seized by the police, scenes with infants are visible.
The adult film actor was caught because he started a conversation with an anonymous person who turned out to be an undercover FBI agent. During the conversation, Wolf revealed several details that confirmed his identity. According to Congressional records, the celebrity faces five to 20 years of imprisonment.
Prosecutor promises a ruthless investigation
In a press statement, prosecutor Damian Williams wrote: "Our investigation into Smith is ongoing, and we urge anyone with information about Smith’s conduct to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Together with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue those predators who victimize children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law."
Assistant to the FBI Director James Smith added: "I want to make it clear: those who distribute child sexual abuse images prey upon the most vulnerable in our society. Each image is a crime scene, leaving lasting scars on innocent victims. The FBI is relentless in our pursuit of these perpetrators. We will track them down, arrest them, and ensure they face justice for the harm they cause."
Another individual is also involved in the case, but for the sake of the investigation, the FBI is not disclosing their identity.
