It's been over three years since we last saw an update to the iPad Air, but the wait is finally over. Apple has rewarded our patience by introducing not one but two new models: a more compact version with an 11-inch (about 28 cm) screen and a larger variant boasting a 13-inch display.
What do the new iPad Air look like?
The new iPad Air comes in four captivating colors:
- blue,
- purple,
- "midnight starlight",
- "space gray".
As predicted, the front camera has been relocated horizontally to the longer side. This adjustment enhances ease of use, especially when the tablet is paired with the Magic Keyboard or similar accessories.
Technical specifications of the iPad Air 5
Both models feature an LED-backlit LCD screen known as Liquid Retina, which supports the wider P3 colour gamut and True Tone technology. They also have an oleophobic coating to reduce fingerprint marks. The smaller model's screen resolution is 2360 by 1640 pixels at 264 pixels per inch, while the larger model boasts a resolution of 2732 by 2048 pixels at 264 pixels per inch.

The new iPad Air offers four storage capacities, ranging from 128 GB to 1 TB. The Wi-Fi-only models are priced as follows:
