I binged every time I felt anxious, happy, or sad. I felt like I had no control. I would start the day with chips, move on to sweets, indulge in takeout food like pizza and hamburgers, and then go back to chips. My worst binges happened late at night. Obesity problems made it difficult for Ali Burch to keep up with her kids. At her heaviest, the American weighed as much as 126 kg. In an interview with "DailyMail," she didn't hide that she was feeling the effects of morbid obesity at that time.
My weight was ruining my life. I couldn't run with my daughter. I stood all day at work; my ankles hurt and swelled. I hid from cameras, afraid my photos would end up online and people would see how large I was. Looking back, it's sad how I treated my body — the 31-year-old confessed.
The young American decided to change her life after a shopping trip where she struggled to find a dress in her size. Burch admitted that she "came home feeling defeated." A few weeks later, she came across a photo of a girl on the internet who had lost weight on a ketogenic diet. That's how her fight for her health began.
I read her page and thought I could stick to keto. I researched all night and started implementing it the very next morning. […] I removed sugar and kept my daily carb intake to just 20-30 grams. I lost a significant amount of weight. During my next pregnancy with my son, I adjusted my diet to meet my nutritional needs and those of my baby. After giving birth, I returned to the keto lifestyle. I ate 1,400 calories a day and practiced intermittent fasting from 6 PM to noon the next day — Ali revealed.

I weighed 63 kg, but after losing such a significant amount of weight, I had excess skin. I worked so hard and was proud of myself, but I still couldn't shake the feeling that I was living in a body that wasn't mine. My skin didn't fit me anymore. I had heavy folds that caused rashes and chafing, especially around the belly — she stated.
