Delight in apple pie muffins: The ultimate portable treat
Apple pie is one of the desserts that everyone loves. Instead of baking a large cake again, I make delightful muffins. They are so tasty that no one asks for cake anymore.
Apple pie muffins are perfect for a quick afternoon snack. They're easy to pack and take to school or work, making them a great addition to your lunch. They require little work and are a worthy substitute for the apple pie loved by everyone in the family. The yogurt cake is simple and quick to prepare and works not only as a classic fruit cake.
Yogurt apple pie muffins
A soft and delicate yogurt-based cake, sweet apples, and a key touch of cinnamon are the secrets to sweet success. You can whip up these muffins quickly, without even needing a mixer. A moment of mixing, a little patience during baking, and you'll enjoy a dessert that leaves only empty muffin liners behind.
The addition of yogurt keeps the cake moist and delicate in flavour. It's neither dry nor crumbly, making these muffins a pure pleasure to eat.
You can substitute white sugar with brown sugar and the vanilla sugar with real vanilla sugar. Melted and slightly cooled butter can also replace the oil. For this recipe, it's best to use firm and tart apples, like Ligol.

- 2 eggs,
- 125 mL oil,
- 250 mL all-purpose flour,

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
- 160 mL sugar,
- 1 package vanilla sugar,
- 2 small apples,
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon.
