Do you want to quickly warm up your garden pool without spending much money? Discover a simple trick that will make this task easier. You only need one item, which you can buy at any toy store.

Garden pools are increasingly popular. Nowadays, you can even buy them in supermarkets. Depending on the size, you will spend about 120 to CAD 310. They are a fantastic alternative to classic swimming pools but have drawbacks.

It can take several hours to even a day before the water warms up. Many people buy a water heater, but it can be expensive. However, there is another much cheaper way.

Stretch it on a hula-hoop. The water will heat up faster

Buying a pool is just the beginning of the adventure. First, you need to set it up, fill it with water, and wait for it to warm up. This process can take several days.

Many people buy an electric water heater, which costs from 85 to CAD 155. However, there is a much cheaper alternative. You only need three things: a hula hoop, a pool noodle, and a large black garbage bag.

How to do it? Cut the pool noodle into four equal parts. Use a knife to make a deep slit on one side of each part. Place them on the hula-hoop ring and secure them with tape. Then, stretch the garbage bag over the ring as tightly as possible.

Place the prepared heater in the middle of the pool. The black bag will "attract" the sun's rays, making the water heat much faster. If you're short on time, use several heaters. Within a few hours, the water will become pleasantly warm.

How to clean your pool?

The pool water requires regular replacement. Over time, dirt accumulates, causing the water to become cloudy. However, there is a way to clean it without refilling the pool.

How do you clean the pool water? Get some pure ascorbic acid. You can buy it at any pharmacy. You need 60 grams of acid for each cubic metre of water. Add it directly to the pool and wait a moment. After a few minutes, you will notice the water becoming crystal clear.
