The KB5043131 patch for Windows 10 is an update that introduces several changes to the system. Users also get a new option to move their profile picture in the Start menu. Microsoft describes potential issues with changing the profile picture, which might manifest as an error message with code 0x80070520. The manufacturer states that work is already underway to fix this problem, but there is currently no solution to bypass it. Windows 10 users simply need to be patient.
It's worth remembering that optional updates do not concern system security. Users may choose to install them to gain new features or bug fixes more quickly, but such updates do not affect Windows's security in the context of cyberattacks.
