Donald Trump's wealth largely consists of real estate, including the famous Trump Tower, a skyscraper in New York, and the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
Trump's wealth
Trump's investments also include various clubs, with ten golf courses in six U.S. states valued at a total net worth of 356 million dollars, and two golf resorts in Scotland and one in Ireland.
"Super Express" reports that his real estate is worth 1.1 billion dollars.
"Trump, in addition to his wealth, also has substantial cash reserves. In 2023, he testified that he has over 400 million dollars in cash," the newspaper writes.
In September 2024, "Forbes" magazine reported that Donald Trump's wealth amounts to approximately 3.9 billion dollars. A significant part of his income is from a social media initiative called Truth Social, considered a "right-wing version of Twitter," valued at 1.8 billion dollars.
Trump falls off the list of the richest
At the end of September, Donald Trump fell off the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the list of the 500 richest people in the world. This is because the valuation of Trump Media & Technology Group's stock significantly decreased. In May, the 114.75 million shares Trump held were valued at 6.2 billion dollars.
By the end of September, its value had dropped to 2.1 billion dollars. This was not enough to remain on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the list of the world's 500 richest people.
