Designer, gardener, and presenter Ish Kamran, who publishes on TikTok under the name @gardening.with.ish, is known for unconventional but practical gardening advice that has earned the recognition of thousands of users.
This time, Kamran presented a new idea that may surprise many gardening enthusiasts. He suggests creating a water solution and a small amount of vinegar, which acts as a natural repellent for animals and pests. The vinegar's unpleasant smell is meant to create an invisible barrier.
According to TikToker's recommendations, you should pour water and a tablespoon of vinegar into a spray bottle and then spray the solution on strategic spots in the garden. However, he noted that you should not direct the mist directly onto the plants to avoid harming them.
He explained that to keep animals away from the lawn or flower beds, simply spray the ground around the plants with the mixture to create an invisible barrier. This will discourage them from approaching the flower beds.
Kamran also suggested that the solution can be an effective antifungal agent on plants susceptible to such infections. However, he stressed that it is essential not to overuse it, as excess can lead to plant death.
