The White Lotus Season 3 heads to Thailand with new cast
We've got it! We've finally got the first materials for the third season of HBO's hit series "The White Lotus". This time, privileged white tourists will appear in Thailand.
This series has been showered with awards and has enjoyed a huge audience. Nearly every episode of "The White Lotus" was watched by several million viewers. Reportedly, the first season attracted 11 million viewers across various platforms. The second season drew slightly less, with 10 million viewers, more than 4 million of whom watched the finale, set in Sicily. Let's recall that the first season was shot in Maui. This time, the crew, led by director Mike White, has travelled to Thailand. Fans are eagerly anticipating the new setting.

Fans have finally got their wish. The Max platform has shared the first materials from the upcoming third season of the award-winning series The White Lotus. Max presented a preview of its premieres in late 2024 and 2025, including the first shots from the series created by Mike White. The famous hotel will have a new location and a new cast.
The new season will feature Walton Goggins, Michelle Monaghan, Carrie Coon, Jason Isaacs, Leslie Bibb, Parker Posey, Scott Glenn, and Patrick Schwarzenegger. Natasha Rothwell will return to her role from the first season. Certainly, we will no longer see the character played by Jennifer Coolidge. The actress underwent a phenomenal turnaround in her career, playing the role of the neurotic Tanya. While the crew was filming the new season in Thailand, the star commented:
"I’m jealous of everyone that’s going. I just want to stress, I’m not a good sport about it, but there’s nothing I can do. When they kill you, you have to accept it. Because it means they’re not calling for your costume sizes or anything. It’s over! I have to get another thing. I have to make another thing happen, I guess. But am I sad? I just want to say in all honesty, I’m very sad I’m not in it."
The plot of "The White Lotus" will again focus on the guests of a luxury hotel, where dark secrets lurk behind the facade of wealth. How will Mike White mock privileged white people this time as they arrive in a country with a different culture? Fans must be patient, as Max has not yet announced the third season's premiere date. The next major premiere on this platform is the series "Dune: The Prophecy," which will be available to watch from November 18th.
