I know, I know. Some mischievous person might say that the senatorial salad doesn’t have many salad-like qualities. After all, the only vegetables used in it are a bit of carrot and garlic. However, this doesn't change the fact that this dish is simply fabulously delicious and is always popular on the table.

But let's get to the point. What makes up this particular salad? First and foremost, chicken, preferably smoked. The complex flavour of such a product is already half the success; now you just need to find it suitable companions. In the case of the senatorial salad, it's carrot, eggs, and a sauce made from mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. These ingredients combine into a brilliant whole with a delicate flavour and wonderful consistency. Beware—this dish is really addictive. From experience, I can say that with a good movie, you can munch on it until the very end!
