Ingredients:

                            
  • 820 grams (approximately 1.8 lbs) of chicken breast fillet,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 1 large onion,
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sweet paprika powder,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika,
  • 1 large red bell pepper,
  • 1 medium green bell pepper,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 240 millilitres (1 cup) of chicken broth,
  • 100 grams (approximately 3.5 oz) of sour cream,
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

              
  1. Chop the onion and garlic, cut the bell peppers into strips, and dice the tomatoes.
  2. Sauté the onion in heated oil until translucent, add garlic, and sauté together for a moment.
  3. Add the sweet and hot paprika, and mix.
  4. Add the diced chicken to the pan and fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers, tomatoes, broth, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
  6. Mix the sour cream with flour and add to the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
