Our everyday breakfasts often consist of simple dishes like scrambled eggs, sandwiches, or an omelette. However, if you're looking for something new to bring a refreshing change to your daily menu, I have a revolutionary recipe for you—pan-fried farmer's cheese pancakes. They originate from the East and are mainly associated with Ukrainian cuisine. Some people add raisins, while others prefer pieces of chocolate or apples, but the classic version has always been a huge success in my home.
