It's also worth considering adding a few healthy ingredients: fruits, nuts, and kefir, which enhance the healthiness of this tasty breakfast like nothing else. It's also worth mentioning that kefir prevents the only adverse effect associated with oatmeal.

Let's start by focusing on what we gain by adding kefir to oatmeal, and there's a lot. A large amount of minerals, easily digestible protein, and vitamins are just the beginning of this pleasant list. Kefir, like any other fermented product, has a great impact on the intestines. This is due to the formation of healthy probiotics in this dairy product. It is also worth mentioning the high content of vitamin K2, which boosts immunity and positively affects the liver and skin condition.

Kefir prevents a certain negative effect of oatmeal. Oat flakes contain phytic acid, which, through the process of binding minerals, hinders their absorption into the body. This affects the intake of iron, zinc, and calcium. Here's the thing: adding kefir to oat flakes neutralizes phytic acid. Officially, oat flakes have become 100 percent perfect.
