If you're looking for inspiration for a coleslaw for dinner, this recipe is for you. You'll learn how to prepare a simple and tasty coleslaw with Napa cabbage, complemented by other vegetables and a delicious sweet and sour sauce.

Choose Napa cabbage

Coleslaw is an element of dinner that's often overlooked. We usually focus on preparing the meat and starchy sides, forgetting about coleslaw. However, it's worth paying more attention to it because it is a good source of vitamins and has a beneficial effect on health.

Napa cabbage is a great base for quick coleslaws. It has very few calories, only 18 calories per 100 grams, but lots of vitamin C and vitamins A and B, rutin, and beta-carotene. It's rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Eating from the beginning of fall is worth eating as it helps boost immunity. Additionally, it has antibacterial properties and inhibits the multiplication of bacteria.
