Napa cabbage is a great base for quick coleslaws. It has very few calories, only 18 calories per 100 grams, but lots of vitamin C and vitamins A and B, rutin, and beta-carotene. It's rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Eating from the beginning of fall is worth eating as it helps boost immunity. Additionally, it has antibacterial properties and inhibits the multiplication of bacteria.
