Migrants race against time to reach U.S. before Trump era

According to tvn24.pl, Trump has already talked to the President of Mexico, who supposedly promised him that migrants travelling through her country would not reach the U.S. border. The caravan is accompanied by agents from the Mexican immigration office, who are encouraging people to turn back and return home.

Tom Homan, whom Trump has declared the "border czar," supervises the security of U.S. borders on land, in the air, and at sea and is to fulfill the promise of mass deportation that the president-elect campaigned on.
