Baked potatoes — recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes,
- 4 tablespoons of sunflower or canola oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika,
- 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs,
- 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- optionally: powdered cheddar, powdered onion.
Preparation:
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into half-moons.
- Soak them in a mix of cold water and a little sugar. Leave for 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
- Combine the oil and spices in a large bowl. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them with the marinade.
