Who among us hasn't dreamed of a juicy piece of this exotic fruit on a hot day? But mango is more than just a tasty snack. Its beneficial effect on the skin makes it a real treasure in natural care.

The health benefits of mango

Few people know that mangoes are a treasure trove of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins A, C, and E, which support cell regeneration. Regular consumption of this fruit can improve skin elasticity and quick hydration, consequently reducing wrinkles.

Mango can be served in various forms. One of the most popular drinks using it is the Indian "mango lassi." It pairs wonderfully as an addition to spicy dishes and quenches thirst perfectly. Consumed regularly, the drink beautifully hydrates the skin and improves its condition. To make "mango lassi," you will need one to two ripe mangos, two cups of natural yogurt, half a cup of cold water, and a tablespoon of honey.

In a container, pour natural yogurt and add peeled, diced mango (if you can't buy fresh mango, you can use mango pulp available in supermarkets). Add a tablespoon of honey and water. Blend everything into a smooth, creamy mass. Pour into a glass. The drink can be served with chopped nuts or almonds. A sprig of fresh mint will decorate the whole thing beautifully. It's best to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
