Duchess Kate is currently experiencing a very challenging period in her life. In March this year, the wife of Prince William announced that her absence from public life was due to her diagnosis of cancer and her ongoing chemotherapy treatment.
The treatment and recovery period has prevented Duchess Kate from performing her royal duties indefinitely. Since then, she has appeared at Trooping the Colour and Wimbledon. The new statement suggests that we might see her at another event soon.
