Ingredients:
- 210 mL of water
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 kiwis
- 1 mango
- 300 grams of raspberries
- 1/4 watermelon
- 400 grams of blueberries
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the fruits, which must be peeled and cut into smaller pieces. In this case, we're talking about watermelon, kiwi, and mango. The other fruits (raspberries and blueberries) should be thoroughly washed and dried with a kitchen towel.
Step 2: Next, place a pot of water on the burner and add sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep it on the burner until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3: The next step is simple. Using a blender, separate purée each fruit type to create colourful mixtures.
Step 4: Pour each mixture into separate bowls, then add a few tablespoons of the previously prepared sugar-water mixture.
Step 5: Finally, assemble the cold dessert. To do this, place a cup on the kitchen counter, add another layer every 2 hours, and then put it in the freezer.
Step 6: Don't forget to place a wooden stick in the cup after pouring the third layer. To keep the stick stable, secure it with a kitchen clip.
Step 7: After each layer is frozen, remove the kitchen clip and pour the subsequent layers until the cup is full. Each time, the fruit ice cream goes back into the freezer. And that's it, enjoy!
