The first months of 2024 passed in the show-business world mainly under the sign of the mysterious media absence of Duchess Kate. After a few weeks of online speculation, Prince William's beloved announced in March that during a January stay in a London hospital, a "certain form of cancer" was detected. The 42-year-old also revealed that she had undergone preventive chemotherapy and announced that she would put most of her commitments on hold for the time being, focusing primarily on her recovery. Dressed in a fitted purple dress, the Duchess was moved by the enthusiastic reaction of the audience, and she couldn't stop smiling.
