Ingredients:
- 200 g cottage cheese,
- 20 g oil,
- 1 egg,
- half a teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 200 g flour,
- 20 g flaxseed.
Instructions:
- Transfer the cottage cheese, oil, and egg into a blender cup. Blend into a consistent mass.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add flour, baking soda, flaxseed, and a large pinch of salt. Knead the dough by hand and divide into 4 parts.
- Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes (Eastern Time).
