Instructions:

- Add the yolks, white sugar, vanilla sugar, and all-purpose flour, and mix thoroughly.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, and then add them to the mixture with the yolks.
- Carefully mix with a spatula to maintain the fluffiness.
- Heat oil or clarified butter in a pan.
- Spoon portions of the mixture onto the pan and fry the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
