More sophisticated and stylistically toned-down, much rarer than the standard BMW M, and now surprisingly powerful, Alpina has just unveiled three interesting proposals marked with the letters "GT."

The B3 and B4 are well-known to Alpina fans. The first can be purchased as a sedan or a touring body, while the second is a four-door coupe. All are interesting alternatives to BMW M family products. Now, they are additionally strengthened.

The offer debuts with the GT version offering an additional 34 horsepower. This means the three-litre, twin-turbocharged six-cylinder generates 529 horsepower - 19 more than the standard M3 or M4.

All this is in an interesting package that will appeal to those who appreciate a milder design. The B3, unlike the M3, does not have the large grille. This can only be found in the B4.

We should also appreciate the unique colour scheme based on green or navy blue and the distinctive spoke-pattern wheels. The finish does not disappoint, either. Noble leather, aluminum, and tasteful stitching come as standard.

The icing on the cake is the stunning performance - the B3 GT sedan accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, while the Touring and B4 Gran Coupe need 0.1 seconds more.

Deliveries of the new Alpinas in the GT variant will start in November 2024. Enthusiasts are unlikely to be in short supply.
