So, what’s behind such a description? You’ll learn to prepare a brilliant piece with tomato pizza sauce and colourful, flavorful toppings in just a moment. It’s a typical Italian combination featuring green pesto, prosciutto, arugula, cherry tomatoes, pistachios, and burrata.

When such a version of pinsa appears on the table, everyone grabs a few pieces right away

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pinsa
  • 5 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 5 teaspoons green pesto
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 handful pistachios
  • seasonings: salt, pepper, basil to taste
  • balsamic vinegar for drizzling 

Instructions:

Step 1. I start the recipe by enhancing the flavour of the pizza sauce. To do this, I add seasonings: basil, salt, and pepper.

Step 2. I spread the finished mixture on the pinsa, and then place it in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. The kitchen appliance should be set to work at 220 degrees Celsius.

Step 3. After removing the pinsa from the oven, I decorate it with Italian-themed toppings. For this purpose, I use fresh arugula, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, burrata, green pesto, chopped pistachios, and balsamic vinegar.
