Explosion at Lesnoy Gorodok parking garage kills two, destroys 20 cars

A large fire has erupted at a multi-level parking garage near Moscow, resulting in the destruction of at least 20 cars and the death of two individuals.

The fire broke out in the town of Lesnoy Gorodok, near Moscow, generating a column of black smoke visible from several miles away.

According to information shared on Telegram channels, the multi-level parking garage caught fire, and at least 20 cars have been burned.

Tragically, two people have died, and one person in serious condition has been taken to the hospital. Russian media reports that the fire is being extinguished and that firefighters are still working at the scene.

Preliminary information indicates that the cause was an explosion of a gas cylinder in one of the parked cars. The owner of that vehicle has been taken to the hospital.
